Classes are designed for all levels of experience. Classes incorporate meditation, breath awareness and asana. All ages and levels welcome.

Level One/Beginner
Thursdays
5 - 6 PM
For students with little or no experience. Slow, deep practise focusing on alignment through breath and awareness. Class is
also suitable for seniors and for students with injuries.

Level Two
Thursdays
6:15 - 7:15 PM
For students with experience. Classes incorporate Iyengar principals into a Hatha Flow practise. Attention is given to alignment within each asana. Allowing students
to transition from one asana to another with control, strength and grace.

Yin Yoga
Saturdays
10:45 - 11:45 AM
Yin Yoga targets the deeper connective tissues. Long, slow and deep holds are practised in supportive seated and supine asanas. Classes are restorative and rejuvenating and add a perfect addition to a regular yang practise. All levels.
