These classes held in beautiful Kensington incorporate meditation, stretching, strengthening, standing and seated postures, balancing and flows. The classes will integrate Inyengar principals into a Hatha flow practice. Perfect for more experienced practitioners wishing to deepen their practice.
Level One
Thursdays 5 - 6 PM
These classes are designed for students with little or no experience. Perfect for seniors, beginners and those with injuries. Students will learn to use gentle movement to welcome soft openings and mind-body awareness through breath and meditation.
